Paid tiers grant a personal, non-transferable licence to access member content. Sharing credentials or redistributing member content may result in termination without refund.

Payment and cancellation

Subscriptions bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. One-time purchases are delivered digitally on payment.

Intellectual property

Site content, recipes, scoring framework and downloads are owned by MomentumStockScreener.com. Personal use is permitted; republishing or resale is not.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomentumStockScreener.com is not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from use of this site or its content.
